An annual manga award established by Asahi Shimbun in 1997 to commemorate Osamu Tezuka. The Grand Prize winner receives ¥2,000,000 and a bronze statue; other category winners receive ¥1,000,000 and a statue. For 2026 the nominees included Spacewalking With You, Half is More, and Draw This, Then Die. Winners announced April 30, 2026; ceremony June 11, 2026 at Yurakucho Asahi Hall.
